From truck driver and race mechanic to race driver, driver coach, hospitality lead, and team manager, Simon’s journey has been hands-on and comprehensive giving him a unique perspective on what drivers and partners truly need from a race team.

Determined to challenge the status quo, Simon set out to build a professional race team that strives to be different one that redefines how teams deliver performance, support, and value. Innovation Racing is more than just a name; it’s a philosophy.

To ensure technical excellence, Simon enlisted Colin Smart to lead the mechanical division. Colin’s expertise in car setup and maintenance gives the team a competitive edge where it matters most on the track.

Recognizing the importance of strategic growth, Max joined as part-owner, bringing a sharp focus on business development and long-term strategy. His leadership ensures Innovation Racing is not only competitive on the circuit but also forward-thinking in its partnerships and operations.
